1. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed crates used for elevation. instructed manager to use proper shelving that easily cleanable, 6' off the floor and must be able to clean and monitor underneath.
2. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Must provide and maintain a mop sink with back flow device, hot & cold running water and proper disposal of waste water
3. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: Instructed to provide a small garbage can in the washroom with a lid as required.
