2. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found the mop stored in the bucket with dirty water. instructed to discard of water and store mop hanging up for proper air drying. maintain same.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found the storage closet in the after school classroom with clutter. instructed to eliminate unnecessary items, organize the area and elevate items 6" off the floor. maintain same.
4. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Found indadequate lighting in both kids toilet rooms. instructed to provide adequate lighting per city code and maintain.
