1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Found the side door of the patio with a 1/4" gap underneath it makes it not rodent/insect proofed. instructed to rodent/insect proof the doors and maintain.
2. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Found the lower surface of the cabinet underneath the beverage station with dirt and spills. instructed to clean and maintain area.
3. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Found the right faucet on the 3-compartment sink leaking at the base. instructed to fix leak and maintain good plumbing.
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found mop stored in bucket of dirty water. instructed to store mop hanging up when not in use for proper drying. maintain same.
