1. ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: 5-202.12 (b-d) observed timed faucets not functioning properly in unisex washrooms. water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.
2. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: 5-205.15 observed loose middle hot water faucet on sinks in first and second floor boys' washrooms. instructed manager to repair and maintain.
3. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: 5-501.17 observed no covered receptacle in first, second, and third floor unisex washrooms. instructed manager to provide covered receptacle in all women, girls' and unisex washrooms.
