GARBAGE & REFUSE PROPERLY DISPOSED; FACILITIES MAINTAINED: Observed the outside garbage corral not maintain. must remove liter and debris to prevent possible food source for rodents.
PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed the floors and floor drains not maintain. must clean and maintain
