3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: 6-501.13 observed floors throughout dishwashing area and storage closet under all shelving units in need of cleaning. instructed to provide and maintain floor free of build up debris.
4. ALL FOOD EMPLOYEES HAVE FOOD HANDLER TRAINING: 2-102.13 observed 3 employees on premise (taco pros) without proof of food handler training. instructed to provide.
