2. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed a torn door gasket inside of the kitchen 3 door prep line cooler.instructed to replace the torn door gasket and maintain.
3. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Observed burnt-out light bulb at kitchen exhaust hood/system.instructed to replace burnt-out light bulb and maintain adequate lighting at all times.
