Violations on last inspection

1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed gap opening approx:1/4" inch at bottom of rear exit door leading to the alley.instructed to make door tight fitting all across the bottom to prevent pest entry and maintain.
2. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Observed water leak at drainpipe underneath handwashing sink located in the basement bar area.instructed to repair plumbing leak and maintain.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Instructed to detail clean and organize storage room near the rear exit door and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage and all other need items must be elevated from the floor.
4. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Instructed to detail clean ceiling ventilation covers inside the washrooms to remove accumulation of dusts and maintain.
5. ALLERGEN TRAINING AS REQUIRED: Observed the certified food manager with expired allergen training certificate. must show proof of training and maintain.
