3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: The right washbowl in the boys 2nd fl toilet room needs to be recaulked at the top. instructed to recaulk and maintain.
4. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: The 2-compartment sink in the food prep area leaks at the base of the faucet. instructed to fix leak and maintain good plumbing.
5. GARBAGE & REFUSE PROPERLY DISPOSED; FACILITIES MAINTAINED: Outside dumpster area with excessive leaves and debris on the ground and around the receptacles. instructed to clean and maintain the area.
