3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed rear storage space in basement area cluttered. instructed to remove unnecesary items, organize restaurant materials and elevate stored items at least 6 inches off floor. must maintain premise
4. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Observed ventilation hood and vents in walls above fryers in need of cleaning. instructed to remove grease, dust, dirt debris and maintain.
5. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Observed inadequate lighting in prep/dishwashing area and basement storage. instructed to increase and maintain.
