1. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Observed broken or missing thermometers in display coolers throughout grocery. instructed to provide and maintain in order to monitor tcs food temperatures.
2. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed shelving units throughout grocery, shelving units in rear surfaces with dust accumulated. instructed to clean and sanitize said surfaces
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed unused coolers, beverage dispensers, miscellaneus equipment throughout rear storage areas. instructed to remove from premise and maintainn free of clutter in said area.
4. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Observed ventilation fans located in walk in cooler with excessive dust and dirt build up. instructed to clean and maintain.
