1. FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES: CLEANED & SANITIZED: Found the interior of the ice machine in the basement with a black substance on the metal panel. instructed to clean and maintain ice machine.
2. PERSONAL CLEANLINESS: Found food handlers in the pizza prep area not wearing hair restraints. instructed to obtain and maintain wearing a hair restraint when in the food prep areas.
3. WIPING CLOTHS: PROPERLY USED & STORED: Found wiping cloths not stored in a bucket/container of sanitizing solution (sanitizer must be at the required ppm) when not in use. instructed to properly store wiping cloths when not in use. maintai
4. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Found both large can openers in both prep areas with a build up of food and dirt. instructed to clean and maintain can openers.
5. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Found the interior of the fryers with a build up of grease, food and dirt. instructed to detail clean and maintain the interior of the fryers.
