3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found the floors in the corners, under/around heavy equipment and the ceiling tiles in the sales area with dirt, debris and dust. instructed to clean floors and ceiling tiles throughout. maintain same
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found water stained ceiling tiles above the beverage coolers. instructed to replace ceiling tiles. maintain same.
