2. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Found a leak at the right faucet on the 3-compartment sink in the rear meat department. instructed to fix leak and maintain good plumbing.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found the walls in the meat prep area with mold looking stains, dirt and blood splatters. instructed to detail clean and maintain walls.
