2. WAREWASHING FACILITIES: INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & USED; TEST STRIPS: Found no drainboard attached to the 3-compartment sink. instructed to provide a drainboard that drains back into the 3-compartment sink and maintain.
3. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Found low water pressure at the 3-compartment sink. instructed to increase the water pressure and maintain.
