1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed many dead insects along back wall of prep area. instructed manager to remove all equipment and detail clean. correct and maintain at all times.
2. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: Found exterior of reach in coolers and freezers in need od detail cleaning to remove all build up instructed to detail clean and maintain
3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Cutting boards in need of replacing when boards start to have deep cuts and discoloration instructed to replace and maintain
4. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Found the following cooking equipment in need of cleaning to remove all food spills and build up instructed to detail clean and maintain
5. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Both 3 compartment sinks have leak at p-traps instructed to repair and maintain.
