1. ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: 6-301.14 observed no handwashing sign at front handwashing sink. instructed manager to provide handwashng signs at all handwashing sinks.
2. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: 6-501.114 observed unused articles and equipment in basement storage area. instructed manager to remove all unnecessary articles to prevent pest harborage.
3. ALLERGEN TRAINING AS REQUIRED: 2-102.13 observed missing allergen training for certified managers. all certified managers must provide allergen training.
