1. ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Observed metered faucets in the mens customer restroom immediately shutting off once activated. instructed management to provide at least 15 seconds of running water to allow for proper handwashing.
2. FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES: CLEANED & SANITIZED: Observed a small amount of pink residue in both corners of the ice machine on the inside panel. instructed to schedule a cleaning and maintain.
3. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Observed thermometer on the outside of barista cooler not working properly. instructed to repair thermometer to accurately measure the ambient air temperature of cooler.
4. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Observed no ambient air thermometer on the inside of barista cooler. instructed to provide
5. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed torn gaskets at the bottom of two door dessert cooler in the bakery section. instructed to repair and maintain.
