1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Rear exit door with an open 1/4 inch gap on the bottom threshold. instructed to provide a tight fitting seal.
2. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: All peeling plastic on all metal equipment services must be removed.
3. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Must install a one compartment food prep sink in either food prep area of the premises.
4. GARBAGE & REFUSE PROPERLY DISPOSED; FACILITIES MAINTAINED: All construction material must be removed from the outside waste receptacle area and outdoor exit area.
