1. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed build up of rust and food debris on shelving in walk in cooler and walk in freezer. instructed person in charge to remove rust/debris or replace shelving.
2. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed build up of residue on floors under bar area and in rear storage room on floor around perimeter. instructed person in charge to detail clean floor and maintain.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed peeling paint on wall near mop sink. observed peeling paint on wall above washroom entryway. instructed person in charge to repair area to be smooth and easily cleanable.
4. ALLERGEN TRAINING AS REQUIRED: Observed no allergen certificate for certified manager. instructed to obtain allergen training and maintain certificate on site.
