4. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed frozen meat stored in a plastic grocery bag in the freezer. management instructed to use only food grade storage bags or containers.
5. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Clean the microwaves, spice mixers and dry food storage containers.
