1. IN-USE UTENSILS: PROPERLY STORED: Found tongs used to get chicken not properly stored when not in use. tongs are stored on the counter. instructed to store in a clean bin/container. maintain same.
2. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Found the sides and interior of the fryers with a thick grease build up. instructed to clean and maintain fryers.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found the floor tiles inside of the left (closest to the cooking equipment) walk in cooler holding cloudy water and in need of regrouting. instructed to regrout floor and maintain a smooth and easily
4. ALLERGEN TRAINING AS REQUIRED: Found the pic in charge allergen training certicate expired. instructed to obtain and maintain a valid food allergen training certificate at all times.
