2. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: 3-307.11 observed no splashguard between the exposed hand washing sink and 3-compartment sink in the meat prep area behind the meat counter. management instructed to install.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: 6-501.11 regrout the floor tiles in the meat prep area and carnitas prep area where standing water is located between the floor tiles. repair the stainless steel wall section above the 3-compartment
