2. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Instructed to detail clean and organize the rear laundry room and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage and elevate mops, brooms cleaning equipments off the floor at least 6" inc
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Instructed to replace waterstained ceiling tiles in the toddlers classroom and maintain.
4. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Instructed to detail clean ceiling ventilation covers throughout the classrooms/washrooms to remove accumulation of dusts and maintain.
5. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Observed burnt-out light bulbs for light fixture above the dishwashing 3-compartment sink.instructed to replace light bulbs and maintain adequate lighting and maintain.
