2. GARBAGE & REFUSE PROPERLY DISPOSED; FACILITIES MAINTAINED: Observed unused articles and equipment stored near dumpster. instructed manager to clean and maintain outside dumpster area.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed excessive clutter in storage areas. instructed manager to remove all unnecessary articles to prevent pest harborage.
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed stained ceiling tiles in prep and storage areas. instructed manager to replace all stained ceiling tiles.
5. ALL FOOD EMPLOYEES HAVE FOOD HANDLER TRAINING: Observed no food handler training available. all employees handling food and equipment must provide food handler training.
