2. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed raw wood shelves in rear storage area. instructed to seal or paint to provide a smooth and easily cleanable surface.
3. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Observed a missing light shield in main store above soda rack. instructed to provide and maintain at all times.
