1. ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Observed no handwashing sign at handwashing sink in rear dishwashing area. instructed manager to provide handwashing signs at all handwashing sinks used by employees.
2. IN-USE UTENSILS: PROPERLY STORED: Observed small plastic cups used as dispensing utensils. instructed manager to provide long handle dispensing utensils with handle above food to prevent contamination.
3. SINGLE-USE/SINGLE-SERVICE ARTICLES: PROPERLY STORED & USED: Observed single service utensils not inverted in wait station. instructed manager to invert all single service utensils to protect lip contact surfaces from contamination.
