Violations on last inspection

1. PERSONAL CLEANLINESS: Observed employee preparing and serving food on the kitchen food preparatiion area. must wear hair restraints at all times food is being prepared and served.
2. WIPING CLOTHS: PROPERLY USED & STORED: Observed wiping cloths stored on top of prep tables in the kitchen food preparation area. must properly store wipig cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.
3. IN-USE UTENSILS: PROPERLY STORED: Observed ice scoops stored inside ice machine located in the front food preparation area. must properly store ice scoops in a clean container to prevent contamination.
4. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Backflow prevention device not located at the ice machine located in front prep area. must install so that can be located to be serviced and maintained.
5. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: Observed the unisex employees washroom door at the rear food preparation area not self closing. instructed to provide a self closing door device at the door and maintain.
