Violations on last inspection

1. FOOD PROPERLY LABELED; ORIGINAL CONTAINER: 3-302.12 : must label food storage containers when food is not in original package with common name(squeeze bottles, shakers,etc)
2. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: 3-305.11 : observed a few boxes of soda stored on shelving unit in hallway outside of toilet room must remove and store away from public to prevent contamination.
3. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: 4-601.11(b) : must clean excessive food debris build up on grill table,walk in cooler shelving units.
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: 6-501.16 : must provide a hooking system to hang up wet mops to dry.
5. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: 6-501.13 : must clean excessive food debris build up from floor under,around,along wallbases throughout rear prep , dish washing areas ,walk in cooler & freezer,including floor drains where needed.
