2. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found water-stained ceiling tiles in the classroom and hallway by the staff's lounge. instructed to replace water-stained ceiling tiles and maintain.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Found the closet used for storage cluttered. instructed to eliminate unnecessary items, elevate items atleast 6" off the floor and maintain.
