1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Found the double doors at the main entrance with 1/4" to 1/2" gaps underneath them, making them not rodent/insect proofed. instructed to rodent/insect proof doors and maintain.
2. WIPING CLOTHS: PROPERLY USED & STORED: Found wiping cloths not properly stored when not in use. instructed to store in sanitizing solution (sanitizer must be at the required ppm) when not in use. maintain same.
3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Found the large can opener in the prep area with food and dirt build up. instructed to clean and maintain can opener.
4. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Found the mechanical ventilation in the kitchen's staff toilet room not working. instructed to fix ventilation and maintain.
5. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Found no light shield in the walk in cooler. instructed to provide a shield and maintain.
