Violations on last inspection

1. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: 4-204.112(b) : observed broken thermometers inside of 2- door prep cooler must provide working thermometers and maintain.
2. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: 6-202.15 : observed a gap in center of double front door must make tight fitting to prevent insect entry.
3. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: 4-601.11(b) : must clean debris build up from interior wall of ice machine,ice dispenser at soda machine, countertops underneath self service drink dispensers.
