2. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed gaskets on three door cooler damaged and hanging/observed gaskets on cooler where canned sodas are stored in porr repair. instructed person in charge to replace and maintain.
3. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed gaskets of cold hold units with build up of grime and food residue. observed exterior and interior of cold hold units in need of cleaning. instructed person in charge to detail clean and main
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed door to restroom near walk in cooler/freezer area in poor repair held with duct tape. instructed person in charge to replace.
5. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed floor in second restroom near exterior garage area with floor in poor repair. instructed person in charge to repair and maintain smooth and easily cleanable.
