2. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Noted cutting boards with open seams and dark stains at the meat prep area. must refinish or replace damaged or stained cutting boards.
3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Noted torn rubber gasket inside the door of the walk in cooler. instructed to repair and maintain and/or replace.
