1. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Instructed to detail clean the food containers with spills and caked batter, counter tops of same at the chicken prep counter.
2. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Noted lose tiles on coving on the counter with soda dispensing machine at the rear dry storage. instructed to repair and maintain.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Instructed to clean floors through out the premise along wall base and underneath equipment. must remove all unused boxes to avoid clutter.
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Noted dirty floors inside the walk in cooler. instructed to clean and maintain
