2. WAREWASHING FACILITIES: INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & USED; TEST STRIPS: 4-603.15 observed no written procedure on washing rinsing and sanitizing the salsa dispenser clean in place equipment. instructed to provide.
3. ALL FOOD EMPLOYEES HAVE FOOD HANDLER TRAINING: 2-102.13 observed two female food handlers without proof of food handler training. instructed to meet requirement and provide proof of food handler training at all times.
