1. UTENSILS, EQUIPMENT & LINENS: PROPERLY STORED, DRIED, & HANDLED: Observed pots and pans in basement storage area not inveryed. instructed person in charge to invert all stored pots, pans and, containers ans maintain.
2. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: Observed no covered receptacle in womens restroom. instructed to obtain covered receptacle and maintain in all restrooms for female use.
3. ALLERGEN TRAINING AS REQUIRED: Observed no allergen training certificate on site for certified managers. instructed to obtain allergen training and retain certificate on site.
