Violations on last inspection

1. WAREWASHING FACILITIES: INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & USED; TEST STRIPS: Must provide a drainboard large enough to accommodate all soiled/cleaned items that accumulate during hours of operation.
2. SEWAGE & WASTE WATER PROPERLY DISPOSED: Observed facility without a grease trap. must install a grease trap at the three compartment sink.
3. ALL FOOD EMPLOYEES HAVE FOOD HANDLER TRAINING: Facility must provide proof of basic food handler training for employees serving open drinks and keep certificates on site.
