1. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: 4-201.11 observed rubber gaskets on cooling units throughout prep area in disrepair. instructed to replace and maintain in good condition.
2. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: 5-205.15 observed handsink located in prep/diswashing area slow draining. instructed to repair and maintain system in good condition.
3. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: 6-501.114 observed boiler/hvac space located in basement storage area with excessive clutter stored on floors. instructed to remove all unnecesary items, organize and maintain premise.
4. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: 6-303.11 observed burned out bulbs in bar area and inadequate lighting in basment where dry storage/ice machine is located. instructed to increase lighting in said areas.
