1. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed torn/worn gasket on door of walk-in cooler in the rear prep area across from 3-comp sink. instructed manager to service worn gaskets and repair/replace.
2. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed two wooden panel walls surrounding the front bar area at entrance to be unfinished and not painted. instructed manager to finish walls in bar area and provide a smooth and easily cleanable su
3. ADEQUATE VENTILATION & LIGHTING; DESIGNATED AREAS USED: Observed one light not present and not working in the exhaust hood in the main prep area. instructed manager to service and maintain not functional light in good repair.
