2. THERMOMETERS PROVIDED & ACCURATE: Observed no ambient air thermometer inside the prep walk-in cooler and the grill walk in cooler. instructed to provide and maintain.
3. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed 2-3 dead bugs on the floor near the mop sink near the rear dishwashing area and in food bank prep area (ll613). instructed to remove dead bugs, clean, and sanitize mentioned areas and maintai
