2. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed fly paper hanging from ceiling in rear storage area. instructed person in charge to remove and request flying insect abatement device from licensed pest control technician.
3. WIPING CLOTHS: PROPERLY USED & STORED: Observed soiled wiping cloths in walk in cooler and laying on tables. instructed person in charge to store soiled wiping cloths in sealed bag or sanitizer bucket and maintain.
4. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed food debris and spillage on shelves in walk in cooler. instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.
5. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed damaged floor tile in rear storage area and in salesfloor area. instructed person in charge to repair all areas to be smooth and easily cleanable.
