3. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: Observed food items stored in prep area cooler improperly uncovered. instructed to store properly using food grade lids/covers.
4. IN-USE UTENSILS: PROPERLY STORED: Observed in-use utensils stored improperly with scoops for dry storage containers stored directly inside of the container. instructed to store properly between usage.
5. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed food items stored improperly in plastic grocery bags in the freezer in the basement. instructed to store properly in food grade storage bags or containers.
