Violations on last inspection

1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed gap opening appox:1/4" at bottoms where the front main doors meet.instructed to make doors tight fitting all across the bottom to prevent pest entry and maintain.
2. CONTAMINATION PREVENTED DURING FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE & DISPLAY: Splash guard is needed between the prep sink and handwashing sink in the food prep area.the surface must be smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent surface.
3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed chipped paint and rust on the wire storage racks in the prep walk-in cooler. instructed to remove chipped paint and rust and repaint or replace the shelves and maintain.
4. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed stained cutting boards in the food prep areas.instructed to resurface or replace the cutting boards and maintain.
5. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Must clean mold like build-up on and around the storage racks inside the finish walk-in-cooler and maintain.
