1. INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT: Observed gaps along bottom of breezeway doors where storage is located must make doors tight fitting to prevent insect entry.
2. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Observed cutting boards with deep grooves and discolored in all prep/dish washing areas must repair or replace to be in good repair.
3. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Must repair or replace missing handle on topside of salad prep cooler & worn door gaskets.
