3. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: Observed no self closing device/hinge on restroom doors. instructed person in charge to correct and maintain.
4. ALL FOOD EMPLOYEES HAVE FOOD HANDLER TRAINING: Observed no food handler certificates on site for food handler employees. instructed person in charge to direct food handler employees to acquire training and retain certificate on site.
