3. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: 4-601.11(c) observed cooling units containing produce as well as sauces with dried food debris on surfaces. instructed to clean and maintain
4. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: 6-201.17 observed water stained and damaged ceiling tiles throughout grocery and prep areas. instructed to replace and maintain smooth and easily cleanable attachments
