2. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Found the interior fo the fryers with a little grease and dirt build up. instructed to clean and maintain fryers.
3. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Found the interior fo the fryers with a little grease and dirt build up. instructed to clean and maintain fryers.
4. PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES: Found the 1-compartment sink in front of the cooking equipment still running after being turned off. instructed to fix sink and maintain good plumbing.
