1. ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE: Found the rear (single) unisex toilet room with no hand washing signage. instructed to provide signage and maintain.
2. FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED: Found the washbowl in the family toilet room (in between the rear men/women's toilet room) top surface of the sink in need of recaulking. instructed to recaulk around sink and maintain same.
3. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Found the interior of the fryers in the rear deli area with grease and dirt build up. instructed to clean and maintain fryers.
