1. NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN: Observed a unused ice cream freezer with standing water and debris inside. must clean and maintain or remove.
2. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: Instructed manager to provide and maintain a garbage can with a lid in the washroom as required.
3. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: Observed the fixture and floors dirty in the washroom. must clean and maintain.
4. TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED: Observed the washroom door not self closing. must provide and maintain a self closing device as required.
5. PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN: Observed the floors and shelving through out dirty. must detail clean and maintain especially along the wall base and underneath pallets
